Sharona's Story

Born and raised in Israel and rooted in New York City since 1994, Sharona Glaser carries a lineage of Jewish mystical wisdom alongside a lifelong devotion to people, beauty, and meaningful connection.

In 1995, she founded Z’Baby Company, a children’s clothing boutique with flagship stores on the Upper West and Upper East Sides of NYC for over 30 years, growing to six locations with original designs sold nationally through Bloomingdale’s and Neiman Marcus. More than retail, Z’Baby became a vibrant community of women and families who value beauty, individuality, and connection. Sharone has a natural gift for truly seeing people—intuitively matching each person with styles that reflected their unique essence. She supported families through life’s most meaningful transitions—births, celebrations, milestones, as well as the everyday rituals of self-adornment that makes life fun. At the heart of it all was relationship.

One of Sharone’s proudest achievements is cultivating Z’Tribe—a close-knit circle of employees whom she mentored and nurtured for over 20 years and remain woven today. This experience shaped her passion for cultivating resilient relationships, nurturing interpersonal dynamics, and empowering women through daily and seasonal cycles of life.

After three decades in NYC retail, Sharona felt called into a new chapter: supporting people—especially women—through moments of transition, self-discovery, and renewal. Years of study led her to become a certified Positive Intelligence™ coach and practicing numerologist drawing primarily from Kabbalistic wisdom from her lineage and study with Shuki Gabey and others. She brings the same intuitive eye for style to something even deeper—perceiving each person’s inner essence (neshama) and translating ancient numerical patterns into grounded, meaningful guidance.

Sharone loves meeting new people, uncovering their stories and codes, and co-creating clear, empowering paths forward. Today, she brings all of her lived experience—creative entrepreneurship, community-building, women’s wellness empowerment, and deep spiritual listening—into a coaching practice rooted in compassion, trusting in your inner knowing, and honing your unique lifeSTYLE.
